Easy to reach from the airport. Close to the old harbor and the lively strip. Taxis are cheap and reliable. A supermarket and baker are nearby. The villa is comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained with a clean pool. The decor is nice and it has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is peaceful and it's a great place to relax. The villa is spacious and has excellent facilities, including a games room. It's within walking distance to both the old and new town, although a taxi is recommended for the return journey due to the uphill climb. The villa is spotlessly clean with electric gates and large rooms. The outdoor area is lovely, with plenty of seating and a modern kitchen. The basement is a bonus with its table tennis facility. The bathrooms are large and modern. It's a short walk to the old town and harbor. The host is easy to contact and provides quick responses. The information folder is a useful guide to the villa and the surrounding areas. It's also conveniently located, just a 10-minute drive from the airport. The pool is regularly cleaned. it's a fantastic villa with excellent facilities and a great location.

We had a wonderful stay at a spacious and private villa with a lovely pool and outdoor lounge area. the beds were massive and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious with fantastic walk-in showers. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings with the smart TV and Netflix. the host, María, was lovely to deal with and ensured that the pool was cleaned and heated daily. We also had fun playing table tennis in the basement lounge. the villa is located in a quieter part, which made for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
We would definitely stay here again on our next trip. Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

I had an exceptional stay at this fantastic villa in Puerto del Carmen. The facilities were excellent, and the villa was immaculate when I arrived. I especially enjoyed the private pool area and the games room with table tennis and Nintendo Wii. The location was also great, with the old town and new town both within walking distance. I would highly recommend taking a taxi when returning from the new town, as it's mostly uphill. I had a wonderful and relaxing holiday in this beautiful villa in an amazing location.
